At the top of this design it is an open area were the egg can fall out. If the design fall from an high area and it lands on the opposite side the egg is most likely to fall out. THe design is 90% protective. It is protecting the egg fully. It shows how it is surrounded and how it ios protected.
The pros that are displayed in the picture of the egg crate is mainly the straws. That mean that the egg should have a lot of support and cushion when fallen. The cons of the egg crate is the hole that is open at the top, and that is a easy way for the egg to escape the design.
This design was well thought out and it expressed a good egg drop with tell me words. The good thing about this egg drop is that when it drop,it will not look like the egg would crack. The bad thing is that if it is dropped to hard that the straws will not surpport the egg. I wish we had more straw to help my egg drop but this is a great design.
The pros. the egg will not break the protection of the 3demitional straws. It is n a sealed boy so it is protected all around. Ill tell you the cons later
The model is not the best way to pritect an egg because there are openings throughout the project. If there were maybe more straws to enclose the egg it would work better. Also the design does not seem stable. The structure is going in the right direction it just needs to be stronger -monie-

The con of this egg crat is that if the eagg is in the middle of the the eagg creat then the eagg is more likeliy to fall out in brake .
